1. Do you ship to any other country?

No we only ship within Australia.

2. How are the items delivered?

The item/s are shipped via Australia Post, Fastway, Allied Express or Toll according to the size and weight of the item. A tracking number will also be provided to you after dispatch.

3. Can customers pick up products from our warehouse?

No, Sorry unfortunately this is not possible, all of our products are shipped via our carriers provided.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item has not been processed or in the process of being processed &/or dispatched from our warehouse. As we operate a fast and automated dispatching system, but need time to respond to your message, we can only do our best to help.

4. How long does it takes to ship?

The estimated delivery time frames are:

VIC, approximately 3-5 Business days;

NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4-8 Business days;

QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7-10 Business days.

NOTE:

Delivery time only starts after you the buyer(s)’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1-3 Business days after receipt of cleared payment, sometimes this can take a little longer depending on circumstances).

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

5. When will my item be dispatched?

Most items will be dispatched the very next day after full payment is received. Please allow us 1-3 Business days to process your order.

6. Where can I find the delivery information?

Tracking information will be emailed to you and can be found on your order history page.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes some selected items are free shipping, which will show at the checkout &/or on the products page. NOTE: NOT all products are free shipping. NOTE: If there are any errors in our system or warning messages on checkout page with shipping cost, if a product is showing free shipping this may not be the case and we need to include any shipping costs that were not included on the checkout page before we process or dispatch any of our products purchased, we CAN NOT give the item for free shipping unfortunately even if it stated or advertised free shipping on the checkout, this may of been advertised as free shipping but possibly could be an error on our system and the shipping cost will need to be corrected and the new shipping cost will be adjusted, any shipping costs will need to be paid before we send you (the Customer) the products you ordered, we will send you an updated invoice with the new shipping cost included, please don’t hesitate to contact us, one of our friendly representatives will assist you.

8. Where can i find my tracking number?

Tracking numbers can be found under order history, click on details on the order history page
there you will find your tracking number and Carrier, click on the link we send to your account of through the email we sent, it will display where your package is in transit.
You can also click on track your order at the bottom or top right corner of the page, put your tracking number in and it will show where your package is in transit.

9. Do you charge a restocking fee for returned/refunded items?

Yes sorry but we charge a 15% restocking fee, and on any returned/refunded item/s purchased for non defective returned merchandise, packaging damaged, change of mind, do not want the item anymore, found it elsewhere cheaper etc, Please read our Returns/Refunds Policy.

10. Is your website safe to purchase through?

Yes 100% safe, all your information is secured. Every page on our website is secure for your peace of mind when shopping with us.
We do not share any of your information with any third party, we do not sell, rent or give this information to anyone under any circumstances, Your payment and all your details are 100% confidential.

11. Are your sales real on your website?

Yes they are, you will see a pop up of purchases made through out our website.

12. What currency are payments processed using your website?

The only currency available on our website is AUD, Australian Dollars.

13. If i have to return an item do customers have to pay for the return shipping costs?

Yes 
you the customer are responsible for the shipping cost for any returned item.

14. What if the delivery address is incorrect, Inaccurate Address?


If there are any address discrepancies with your order the product is returned us, a customer service team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.

15. Can or do you assemble any of your products or is this the customers responsibility?


Sorry we do not assemble the products for you unfortunately, this will be the customers responsibility to assemble any product that requires assembling.

16. Where can i find my account information?

Click on the top where it says welcome (your name) or in the footer link My Account if you are logged in, if not click on login on the footer link and you will be taken directly to your account.
