When you place an order, please keep an eye out for our updates with the order process, this will be done through your account as well as emails sent to the registered email that your signed up with or placed an order with. Once you place an order, you will be sent an email order confirmation, then we update as the processing goes on, We will update you with these steps below after you place your order through your Email & Account see below:

1. Order placed.
2. Payment Accepted.
3. Order confirmation Email of your purchase.
4. Processing in progress.
5. Usual occurrence, Marked Shipped & Tracking Number provided to your account, a Tracking link sent to your messages on your account and email provided by you at the time of your order (usually this happens within 1-3 Business days.)

If there is a problem with your order, you will still be updated, this could be partly shipped as some orders (if more than one product purchased) this can happen from time to time through different times sent or different carriers used, This could also be Out of Stock items from the time we process your order. Refunds, pending payment/s this is usually through Direct deposit or PayPal e-cheques, Delivered etc. Please keep an eye out for our emails sent to you, always check your junk mail folder too.
